Going back to 1870!

Last night, I went to Duke Homestead! I was able to go back in time to an 1870 old fashioned Christmas. As you will see from the pictures, we were able to listen as people dressed in clothing told the story "Twas the Night Before Christmas." (It was only about 30 yrs. old at the time.) We sang Christmas Carols by the fireside, drank apple cider and had popcorn popped over an open fire. It was well worth the hour and a half wait.(This is the Duke home as we cross the bridge!)

This is me visiting back in 1870. I guess time travel does something to your face. Must be velocity in which you are traveling, because I have a strange look in my eye.
